Our Beginning
|
Glen Oaks is one of Oak Cliff’s richest hidden treasures. Bounded by Ledbetter Road (Loop 12), South Polk Street and Red Bird Lane, the neighborhood contains more than 1,200 homes that were built between 1952 and 1967. Visionary developer Claton Wyman platted the 420-acre subdivision and took great care to preserve the site’s hilly terrain and old growth trees.
With the DFW Metroplex’s population projected to increase by over 50% between 2015 and 2040, the combination of idyllic natural beauty and the quality workmanship of the homes in Glen Oaks will continue to be an increasingly rare commodity for people wanting to purchase homes in Dallas. |
