Our beginnings

Glen Oaks is one of Oak Cliff’s richest hidden treasures. The neighborhood contains more than 1,200 homes that were built between 1952 and 1967.  Visionary developer Clayton Wyman platted the 420-acre subdivision and took great care to preserve the site’s hilly terrain and old growth trees. ​

​Join us

The Glen Oaks Homeowners Association was formed to promote communication, safety, and neighborhood improvements. Membership is open to all residents, and voluntary annual fees support neighborhood projects and gatherings. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (from September through May) at 7pm at Mark Twain School for the Talented and Gifted. ​
